Hi there folks,
I spent a good amount of time lurking around the pages of GJ, and I thank all of you for the insight that helped in my decision making on the building I had built this year.
It's a pole building in 24X40X12 dimension. Equipped with overhangs, gutters, and real windows. A pair of 9X9 overhead doors on the gable end, and some 4000psi reinforced concrete.
I am working out the details on the flooring system now, and hope to have most things moved in soon.
This will be an auto enthusiast hobby grade garage with a single 2post lift for the immediate future.
