So I'm close to breaking ground on my detached garage/shop/craft room/sanctuary. My name is Spain. I live in northwest ga in the mountains & I haven't had a garage in 2 1/2 years since I bought my house in the mountains. I've finally figured out where, how, and how big my shop will be and got my quotes for grading, pole barn materials & installation, and concrete. Including additional concrete in area where a 2 post lift will go some day. I plan to enclose it myself after inspection. Then work on electrical, air supply & heating & a.c. on down the road. I look forward to all your advice along the way.
