Hello From Florida

Hello, I have been a long time lurker, and am now a first time poster. I am located in Florida, and I am a bit of a self proclaimed mad scientist. I have always wanted the space to truly tinker, work on my car projects, and to store the giant things I shouldn't be bringing home. I have over the last few months started turning my dream to a reality, and on a budget most people would say is impossible... or ... mad if you will. I am in the process of building a 30 x 37 engineered steel building. (progress thread soon to come), and you guys have been a wonderful resource so far.
