Finally, I may have a project worth discussion:
Goal: Modify a 30x30 garage in order to fit a lift (insert a tray in the trusses to raise a portion of the ceiling from 10' 3" to 12') and widen the door (from 9' to 18').
To say the least I am a bit overwhelmed right now...
