Started a 40 x 60 shop this past spring. Here are some pics.

They show the pre-pour, slab complete, building framing, completed building, inside lighting and the start of a verslok retaining wall. The wall base is almost complete - I had to stop during the summer because the weekends were averaging 95F plus and it was too much for an old man.

Anyways I am part way thru etching the first half of the building - have received the 100% epoxy paint kits - manufactured by National Polymers but sold as a rebrand from one the many internet paint sellers.

Work has kept me away the last two months but hopefully by Thanksgiving the first half will be coated.

Garage Journal - the flooring - has been invaluable in making the interior choices.

The following is yet to come:

I've purchased some Maxline 3/4 air turbing to provide the roof runs to 8 drops with a Quincy compressor and Hi-temp air drier. Originally I was planning on a wood shop but I had a 400amp service install to support welding, cutting, air arc along with a small paint booth outside.

I just hope I finish it before I die.

I know exactly where Harlem is located. I used to live in Evans and worked for a gentleman named Ed Coleman that lived in Harlem. He passed away a few years ago, but I believe the family is still there.
