Hello everyone. I have been browsing and finally joined. Bought a new house and previous owner built a detached 44 x 22 foot garage. Garage is detached, has floor drain and well lit. Has dual garage doors from front and back. Has water and electric ran to it.. no gas ran to it. It needs insulation, ceiling and walls as part of my project. Boat is not mine. Plan on using it quite a bit. I have a lot of experience working on cars (mechanical and painting) also some light wood working. Sorry for the cruddy photo
