I came across this site when looking for information on garage kits versus hiring someone to do the whole thing. Lots of good information!!
I read information from 2005 regarding Menards garage kits. Keep in mind I know absolutely nothing about building stuff!! I want a one car, simple garage. No window. I keep reading not to do rafters do trusses. I have someone who will do the concrete but seriously - are those kits worth it or should I just pay the $10,000 (all bids are around this cost). Garage size is 14 x 22 or 16x20. $2000 bid for the concrete. I need some advice!!!

Welcome to GJ, Clemmie. I agree with Red Leader, this area is really for intros and doesn't get as much traffic as the 'General Discussion' area does. Also, try the 'Search' feature. It may help you find answers.
