Love the info on here! I've been a lurker for a long time. I retired 3 1/2 years ago, & total love it! I built a new shop/garage a couple of years before I retired a 36x64 w/infloor water heat. Did it all myself w/ help from my older brother. I work on my project cars in it. My next purchase for it is going to be a 4 post lift, really need to air condition it too. I have a tig & a mig & 80 gal tank compressor & 200 amp serv. Fully insulated & sheetrocked & 24 8' lights, 2 8x18 doors, cedar siding on 2 sides. At this point I can only wish for retirement, but the shop is already in place and the financial plan is being worked. Maybe 10 years........

I've got 2650sq/ft of "other than house" space under roof and it gets short fast. I just did a 2-for-1 vehicle consolidation which helped a bunch, still got another to get rid of too.
