I joined the forum a few years ago in aiding in researching the possibility of building a detached garage. After years of kicking the project down the road, it is time to move it forward. I'm sure I am going to have lots of questions, of do's/don't, as well to find out what others wish they would of done different to attempt to nail exactly what I am looking for.
