Hello world.

Have been putting off important home projects for years, and
years.

Project 1 - 8x10 shed.

Shed! Have surfed, observed ... looking for something nice to look at
(colonial-ish, overhangs), and am almost ready (brave enough) to
go! Had an 8x10 concrete pad (with j-bolts!) poured when wrapping up
a basement project ... some time ago. Got zoning and HOA paperwork
done. It really wants a shed to cover it.

Looking for a complete list of tools to have ... got the basic
12" chop saw, circular saws, router - need the bit that trims!
Air (have a tank/compressor for selection of smaller nailers)
or paslode nailer needed, probably a new chop saw (saving money
doing it right, reward self with new/cool tools! A pickup truck is
probably way way in the future) .

Project 2 -

Garage - attached, but small 19x19. Have new door (pretty :)),
had a sub-panel put out there (two breakers!). Just ... old.
Features ... drywall shelving (yep, you would not have though of
that?), held up with the grey 90degree brackets (one example bracket
had 18, yes *18* screws holding it onto the stud). A non-code pull
down staircase, insufficient lighting, and an "interior" door where
a real exterior door should be (yep, on the outside of the house,
not the one to the kitchen).

Thinking ... make ceiling stronger to store things above, (still
a pull down stair if that is allowed), insulation (safe&sound),
more than 2 plugs, fresh sheetrock all the way around, more lights,
better shelving!
