Hello, this is Brien from Benton LA near Shreveport. Wish I had found this a few years ago, it would have helped with my shop. I put it up about 4 years ago, it's for working on my personal cars. It's a 30x40x12 welded "red iron' all metal shop with a 20x16 mezzanine second story floor for storage. Too messy for pics right now, will post in the other sections later. Looking forward to learning from you guys and hopefully telling you what I have learned so as too not repeat my mistakes LOL.

I will put photos in the "garage" section later but the roof is 4/12 pitch giving me 17' at peak. Yeah there's only 3 feet of clearance at the edge of mezzanine, works fine for storage of body parts.
