hello,
I am in the process of building a auto shop/garage for no only my own personal vechicles but somewhere to also work on a few close friends cars/trucks and help restore them. I have a 5 year time line...in 5 years I will be through with my larger expenses in life (kids, college etc) and will start to get myself set up for retirement a few years after that. I am looking to build either a 30x40 or larger something i can possibly also put a auto parts store in within the next 5-7 years. (about the time our local guy retires) Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
thanks
Ben

Bronco, this is a good place for good info.
I have a 30 x 40 garage. From what you are thinking your will have to go bigger. I have NO idea how big is big enough.:headscrat. Make it high enough for lift, I have 10' ceilings, mid lift fine, too short for full lift.
Best of luck.
