Hello from Lubbock, TX

Hi! Been lurking on the site a few months and finally decided to join up. I've got a little 2-car garage that's just for the cars, washer/dryer, and my MTB (a mid '90s Gary Fisher). But I have a 25x25 shop I rent for my small business. I'm looking to sell the business but I fell in love with the shop (of course).

One reason I joined is to ask advice on how to successfully "sub-lease" a shop like this among 3-5 guys. Since my business won't be paying for the shop I was hoping to rent the space to guys at my church. We could use the space separately on our own projects or meet up for guys nights or whatever.

Anyone else doing this or similar? Any threads come to mind? Hope to hear from you soon and looking forward to life on the forum!

Welcome to the GJ. I split the lease on a 30x40. If you have a group of people in mind, talked to them about how they would use the space. Only so many vehicles can be stored inside because of floor space etc. Stress it's NOT a free garage for everyone friends to use.
