Hi, I'm completely new to this forum, but I've already found some helpful information on tool brands I use and a ton more I want (especially after learning about them here).
I don't yet have my own garage , as I'm 21, in college and live with my mom, step-dad, and brother. Not that buying more tools helps that situation, but us three guys bought a 10,000 lb Rotary lift, and I've spent several thousand in tools to add to my step-dad's somewhat lack luster Craftsman setup.
Our garage (slowly becoming my garage) is 30'X40' with an attic full of junk, so the ceiling is a little low for a lift, but I can work on a truck fine if I roll around in an old office chair.
I'll try to get some pics soon, but I need to clean up first. My brother, now fresh out of college, is turning the garage into more of a wood shop in his spare time. My brother and I have a sawmill, so he's basically self-employed now, which means spare time gets translated loosely. So it might take a while to get some good pics.
Thanks for the info so far and I hope to learn a lot more from you guys.
