Hey everybody, I'm Kenny and I currently reside in Canton, MI. Born and raised in NYC but moved out here a little over 2 years ago for work (Air Line industry). Growing up my father wasn't a handy person and we never had a garage so I'm new to a lot of the typical garage stuff. I've been detailing for quite some time but decided to make it official so I leased a small 600 sq ft garage to start and I need some help! I've been checking out the threads on here and have learned quite a bit over the last couple of days (feel like I should have researched a bit more before painting it lol. Here are some pictures of where I'm working out of; I think I made a booboo with the colors :lol_hitti. I also don't know what I should do with the flooring. Epoxy or tiles? I also need to get some lighting, especially since summer is gone and pretty soon all work would be done inside. Let me know what you think. All comments and critique are welcome!

Welcome to the mitten state. Canton is not bad, decent area close to just about everything. And you should be able to get good tips here. GL with build.

Welcome to the site AND the state!
If you are just leasing this building I wouldn't put any money into it at all. Especially the floor. My opinion.
Painting everything white helps with brightness in a dim shop. Adding accent colors/stripes to kick things up a notch is the general rule...
