Hi all, I've lurked the forum for a while and with the current situation have been working from home since about march. My garage has been the best "quiet" place to work and with a Mr Heat Big Maxx and light insulation it was pretty comfortable thru the end of the Michigan winter. In the winter and spring I was able to turn my lunches into "working lunches" of a different sort, finally tackling the odd garage project that had been put off for too long. with the summer weather unfortunately my focus had to shift to some outdoor projects so my garage progress when on hold again.
currently - 2 car attached garage - insulated/unfinished walls and insulated/unfinished ceiling. Currently working on getting my lighting finished up, plan is about 22750 lumens (55 lumen/sq ft) I'm about 2/3rds of the way done. the hope is I can wrap that up this fall and get the Metal roofing up before heating season really begins after that I need to figure out what exactly I'm going to do for flooring and walls - and work out my tool storage plans to turn it into the super Functional space I've been putting together in my head for the last few years.
