HI guys,
I'm Russ from Minneapolis Minnesota. I started working to get my garage up to snuff so I can have a nice place to wrench on my cars. I am currently working on a 74 Dodge Charger, a 78 Chrysler New Yorker, and as soon as I get it home, a 1953 M43 power wagon ambulance. The wife says I may have a problem. I told her the problem was I needed a bigger garage.
So far I have done Epoxy floor on 2/3rds of the garage. The other third I have to surface before I can do it. It is much older concrete. The garage was added onto in the mid 80's. I've also picked up a 70k BTU garage heater for it which I am installing. (hence the question about insulating the ceiling in the other section)
The plan for this summer is to insulate it completely, After seeing the other thread I think Steel paneling is the way to go over top of it, Cellulose on top. get the floor finished and install 3 new garage doors. I have a lot of work to do before Minnesota's second season. (we have winter and road construction, that's about it!)
