Well, I guess it's time to introduce myself. I first found this site a couple of years ago when I was stationed at Ft Hood, TX and I was very envious of the garages that people posted as I worked under my carport and the housing NCOIC (Sergeant in charge) would harass me about my spare tires left in view. I've since moved to Ft Leonard Wood where I was fortunate enough to buy a house not only with an attached two car garage but also a one car garage/workshop with a spare room, bathroom, and shed. I work on motorcycles (well, attempt too) since it's easier to transport motorcycles than cars from duty station to duty station. They also take up less room in the garage. My little girl spends a lot of time out in the workshop with me, in fact I built her a little workbench so she can work on her projects.
Here are a couple of photos:
This is my workshop. If you look closely you'll see me and my "helper" (3 yr old daughter) on the roof installing a chimney.
This is a picture that my "helper" took of me working.
I've really enjoyed seeing what others have done with their space, whether big or small. Thanks.
