Hello everyone!
Decided to join up here to learn more about what folks are doing in their outbuildings.
My wife and I bought some property out in the country (13 acres). We call it Sunset Meadows...we have great sunsets over a lake in the distance.
I am currently building a 40x56x12 pole barn out there. Plan to use it as my shop, and for the start, also be storage and will be home while we build our house.
I plan to put in floor heat in a concrete slab, put in a 3/4 bath, and spray foam the ceiling to start...depending on price, may do the walls as well.
I am big into motorcycles, so I am contemplating putting in a bike lift in the floor to make it easier to push bikes on it. I also plan to have lighting that will be on par with an operating room.
