Just wanted to say hey!

Love the info and atmosphere here..

Looking to build a 80x120 shop w/ 18-20ft eves.

I will be putting a loft up top to live in.

Will have the follow:

Infloor Heat
External house w/ furnace and air compressor
Air lines all around walls
Drive thru doors

This is basically my dream build.. I have a demolition company and I also am building a 2005 F-350 King Ranch truck that is getting a Cummins Conversion.

You have big ideas, 20 ft eaves...

I have a 26' x 30' with 48" eaves, they're nice when it rains, you can stand or sit outside. Check the inside in the video link below

I meant the eves will be 20ft from the floor, with a 2/12 roof pitch to give me enough room to build a second floor loft w/ storage on the sides.
