Hello:
I stumbled here through some convoluted surfing. This looks to be a great resource.
I have been renting shop spaces in various places over the last 10 years, and just bought a garage condo. Since I won't have to move out of this one, I am trying to take some time and set it up correctly from the beginning. I look forward to learning everybody's tricks.
