Hi everyone,
I stumbled across this site while researching my garage project. I have a 22' x 18' concrete block wall garage with a second story.
It has a dirt floor and some need of tlc.
Some of the issues I'm looking to tackle are:
1. Install barn style doors to the front
2. Install small door for rear
3. Add window to front and rear
4. Pour concrete floor
The opening has been red forced with a steel angle beam that will bear the load, the existing 2x6s drooped about 2" in ththe center.
Next step,is to frame in the gabled truss front So it can support the weight of the track.
Looking forward to learning all I can!
