Hey,
First post, just built a 30x30 2 story detached garage. Outside is finished and closed in, need some advice and suggestions for the inside.
1st floor: 18x8 front door, people door, 8x8 rear door, 10 ft ceilings
Shop/project/storage area
2nd floor: Interior stairs from the 1st. 500sqft with 9' ceilings
Game room/Home Theater/Bar
About to start electrical, plumbing, insulation etc...
Biggest thing right now is a layout plan for shop area.
I will try to post some pictures.
