Hey guys, I'm Tim from Apex, NC. I need a place to tinker so I'm the process of getting a 30'x30'x12' metal shop built. Trees were cut down and concrete guy is waiting on permits to start work. Engineered building plans should be here any day now and hopefully permit process won't be too painful. I've already found a lot of good info here and I'm sure I'll have a bunch of questions soon, especially when it comes to wiring.
