Hello from NE Ohio

Hi Everyone!

Just a quick intro...I stumbled onto this site from Jalopy Journal. Thanks Ryan for another great site!

Anyway, I'm moving from my small house/lot with a 32x48 heated shop to a much larger house and lot, with just a 2 car attached for the time being. I will be building a new shop in the next couple years, so I'm looking for ways to make my 2 car attached livable as a small race/fab shop for my sprint car, and for ideas to make the new detached shop better than the old one.

Ouch! Moving from such a nice size shop to a two car garage is more than what I’d call downsizing. Hopefully the build of a bigger shop comes quickly after the planning stage…

I will be seriously looking at a new build once the old place sells. It is definitely downsizing, but it is also a good excuse not to take on projects from other people!
