Hi everyone,
This is a long overdue intro. I've been lurking for some time now and have enjoyed reading a lot of very good info here. My attached 2-car garage is for parking our driver vehicles and doing small jobs: oil changes, spark plugs, brake pads, etc. I also have a 24 x 24 in back for my projects, mainly a '66 Impala SS convertible (a complete basket case at this point) and a 1981 Camaro. I need to get the Camaro finished so I can sell it and concentrate on the Impala which has been neglected for too long now. I also have a '78 Yamaha XS650E which is my daily driver (rider?) from mid-March thru November (still riding it now). So the Yamaha has been getting the lion's share of the attention; regular maintenance through the riding season and more involved updates during the winter.
I'm always looking for ways to improve the organization and efficiency of my garage and this site is a great help. So thanks for all the great tips and ideas I've already picked up and I hope I can contribute something useful in the future.
