Hey all,
Just relocated to the Chicago, IL area from St Paul, MN a couple of months ago. My wife and I are in the process of buying a home, which of course was chosen mostly because of the garage.
It's a detached building that measures (roughly) 21 x 35, so essentially a four-car garage (two tandem stalls). It also has a usable attic space.
It needs a little bit of work as far as the concrete flooring is concerned and I need to get a couple of garage door openers, but other than that, she's good to go.
It will mostly be used for automotive projects... and general man cave.
Looking forward to learning from this great community.
