Hello from New Rochelle, NY

Hi everybody. I live outside New York City and currently have an attached garage but it is all wrong for someone who works on their cars. 1 car Deep and 7.5' ceilings. I am here for ideas and guidance.

I have visited New York City and can understand why many people don’t want to be bothered with owning a car or a place to keep it.

Welcome from North of 49. I have a good friend/business partner in New Rochelle (one of his kids was Mayor of Mount Vernon - so you might know him or his family) so have spent a bit of time in your town. Nice place to live with good access to salt water and easy/cheap/fast access by rail to downtown NYC.
