Dropping in to say hello and introduce myself. I've got a detached "garage and a third" out in the back of my house that's currently part workshop and part storage shed.
Came to look for ideas and how to better utilize the space. In the end it I'd like a more organized and useful space for doing general automotive work, carpentry, house repairs, etc.
In my travels on the forums I've found that there are many construction and structural related questions. As a (soon-to-be) licensed engineer, with experience is structural engineering I'd be happy to lend some advice out to others (within a reasonable and ethical fashion of course) where possible.
