Long timer on the HAMB, looking to build a proper garage and remembered hearing about this place. Though I would come by and tap the knowledge here.

Looking to build a multipurpose garage. Thinking a large two car with an upstairs. Or an attached 1 car and detached workshop. I've been shopping modular and some local contractors but there are so many options out there.
