Hi all,
My wife and I have lived in the middle of San Francisco for decades. Ok, you can dispense with the jokes..
We have a little residential house in a small town an hour away. We are going to tear down the garage and replace it. The lot is small, that's all we wanted in our old age.
The design of the existing house and the small town one man building department has made the planning hard. A small town can be a great plus or a great minus. This one is all by the book and is process not results oriented.
So, we meet in two days with the builder. I have the plans and permit in hand and if we can agree to budget, we will be a go!
