I just started the long agonizing paperwork filled process of buying my first home. I'm 22 and an Avionics Tech by trade but also farm and wrench on about anything I can get my hands on. I've been looking for a house for the past year and finally found one that fit the bill so I bit the bullet and cashed in on the low housing prices and low interest rates. The house is a small 1100 square foot bungalow with two bedrooms and one bath that has been completely remodeled including a new roof, hardwood floors, bathroom, carpet, drywall, insulation, bathroom, windows, an addition, etc. But the important thing is it has a 26x32 garage with Loft and another 12X20 in the back yard that I can wrench on and store the toys in. Just through causal surfing I have learned a lot on this forum and plan on sticking around for a while. Here are a few pics from the Realtor website.
