Hello everyone. I am having a detached 24x24 polebarn built to compliment my attached 2 car garage. Its going to be pretty basic. Concrete floor with electric, a single 7'x10' door as well as a single man door. I will be moving my tools, workbench, stereo, traffic light, and all other man cave items out there. Im pretty excited!

Welcome from SE Indiana. Are you putting water out there? When I built mine years ago, I put a simple frost free hydrant with hose bib sticking up from the ground in the corner by the door. Worked great for washing off things. I did not bother with a drain, just sloped concrete towards the door to handle any spillage. Also are you putting cable or phone out there. While you got things torn up is the time to do it. have you considered an 8 x 10 door. The extra height could come in handy and the cost is minimal.
