Hello from Northern Oregon.

I'm just getting bids on a 40' x 60 pole barn. I thought I'd better find a place which can provide advice and ideas.

The barn will have a concrete floor. It will house a boat on a trailer that covers 38', and a beam of 10' 7". I am thinking of putting 3 doors on, too provide a drive through. Additionally, it will house an ice machine, several ice totes, sub compact tractor and attachments. I run a charter boat so all my gear will be housed inside and will have room to build gear (tuna, halibut).

In the future i may build a small office, or a torch room for the spouse (makes jewelry, glass stuff). Im hoping to have enough rear corner space to do that in three future, maybe under a loft of storage stuff.

Added some facts. Thanks. I use Tapatalk Pro so I had to figure out how to stop it auto loading.
