Hi, just joined a few hours after you, from Capital District area.
Went to confirm that Beacon was HV and wound up reading the Wiki entry; interesting place with lots of history.
I'll follow your thread on building a new garage. I have sort of the opposite problem; garage roof collapsed and I can't afford to replace the garage.
