May I suggest you update your location to some thing a little more specific as in future you may find that helps you when you have specific questions that affect you. Specially given the forum has a very global membership. Often you will find subjects may get different answers depending on locations and regulations.

Thanks for the welcome. When I said long time lurker I really did mean it. I've made some good tool purchases over the years as a result of this board.
