Hi all! 
Planning to build a 40'x60' shop by the end of the year! Want to figure out the do's and don'ts based on experience. Need to sort my needs and wants to finalize my plans before getting estimates.
Decided: 40'x60', radiant floor, 14' door height, bathroom including toilet and shower, natural gas on site already.
Undecided: lift placement pre planning due to radiant floor, attic trusses, loft, venting, construction types(concrete foundation with wood construction, laminated post frame, plastic sleeved posts, steel), insulation options.
Looks like I have some reading to do.
