Been a long time lurker and finally decided to introduce myself. I bought a house in 2014 that had an existing 30x40 Morton building. Never having a building before I figured this would be all the space I could ever need. I insulated the walls with 3" of Owens Corning foam board that I got for free then covered it with 5/8" OSB. I finished the ceiling with steel from Morton then blew in R-48 worth of fiberglass insulation.
Over the last few years I have accumulated a lot more equipment and spare parts along with a 2 post lift and quickly ran out of room. After the first of the year I will be breaking ground on a 40x60 that will be attached to the current building.
