Hi all! I've been occasionally lurking on here for years, but finally decided to join. I decided to get my humble (and very cluttered) garage cleaned up and a bit more useable. I've gotten a ton of inspiration from on here so decided to join. I'm mostly a car guy, but generally enjoy building/tinkering.
It's 100 year old detached garage (built in 1920) measuring in at 18'x20'x10'6" with 2 8' doors. It's not a forever home so not going to crazy with the permanent bits, but really trying to build up my tools and get organized. Only permanent part I'm planning is the lighting and electrical needs some work. There is only a single incandescent light plus the ones on the openers. Likewise, there are only 3 outlets; one for each opener on the ceiling and one in the corner.
I'll try to post a progress thread in the coming days to help keep me motivated and keep track of progress.
