Just finished, or at least phase I is complete, of my our new shop.

Now what to do with the floor, paint polish or just seal??

I am hoping for some helpful and cost savings advice on many questions.

It's a 35X40 with a 16 ft. overhang on the east side.

14 ft side wall with 12:2 pitch.
