I am currently planning my shop build of a 40'X60'X16' with 2 12' doors and single pass through on the 60' side. I would also like to have an over hang that will be for boat/trailer storage as well.
It will have a restroom in the corner and a loft area above that. It will be insulated and I will wire up the electrical and do the plumbing with a wash sink on the bathroom wall.
I plan on having a lift in one of the bays but not sure if I want a 2 post or 4 post since I have a vehicle that weighs in around 7500 lbs.
There will be 2 8' metal work benches on one wall with my tool boxes next to that. I will have storage by the pass through door.
Any and all suggestions on which metal building is the best are appreciated.
