Hello From Okotoks, Alberta

Been a member of the board for over a year and finally time to say hello. Used some of the great ideas in my last home with a front attached garage. Now in a new house and have the opprotunity to build a detached one. Looking at 24 deep and 25-26 wide (limited by space) with a loft area, In the planning stages now and again doing some research.
