So I have been on here for about a year and this is my first post. Want to tell everyone that you guys are awesome and have some fantastic ideas. Hopefully in the future I can do the same. My shop is in the works and soon I will start a thread on it. Stick built, 50x84x16 with attic truss. You know something to start out with.

BTW how is living down in Southern Oregon? i love the coast, but only in short 3 or 4 day trips. i would love to do it more often though and being a couple hour drive instead of a 6 hour drive would be awesome. my wife says it's too expensive to retire in Oregon. thoughts?

It is really nice only having a couple hour drive to the coast! That being said haven't been getting over there much, do to moving into current place and building shop. Normally try to go once a month.

Price of living here isn't is to expensive. I guess it could be, but you can make it expensive anywhere you live.
