getting ready to start my first garage...24x32,single door 12' ceilings, radiant heat pad. As you can see, dug out the footer last year, ran out of money and time to pour footer. will start next week.
I have a million questions for all you professionals out there; I'm just looking for advice. All the bigger I can go; one story 32 feet deep max., so Ill use storage trusses for 1/2 and cathedral for the rest.
I was looking into Form-A Drain for the footer forms/french drain. nearest place that sells them is on the other side of the state. Any Suggestions??
