Hello everyone.
By day (and night) I'm a Chef in downtown Kansas City, MO
It's a demanding career and in my spare time I'm usually in the garage working on one project or another.
My main hobby is wrenching on late 70's and early 80's motorcycles of the Japanese variety.
I currently own 5 bikes in various states of repair and a plethora of parts.
Just saying howdy and the questions and discussion will probably begin shortly!
