Hello all

Fantastic site with a TON of info, which I'm really enjoying reading.

Looking to start a garage build for myself, after renting commercial space for the past 7 years to play with my toys. Here's the commercial space:

Yup...a tough space to "upgrade" from...so I've been looking for ideas and this appears to be the right site to be looking on.

Welcome to GJ! I'm just a little south of you in NS. I can't see your pics (at work - most multimedia is blocked) but from what the others ssid, it sounds nice! I love PEI...don't get there often enough.

Thanks...I worked in Texas for about 6 months back in 1998/1999.

The beam extends into another commercial space....I expressed interest in renting it a couple of years ago....but the business looks to be staying put. Looks like that won't matter though...as I really want to build something at home.
