Hello from Petersberg, IA

Hello all,

My wife and I just purchased our first home, it's a 1 story brick ranch with a two car detatched(2 deep one wide) and a one car detatched garage.

The garage's need some work but they are there. Neither garage has power(easy fix for me since i'm an electrician) and neither garage has concrete floors.

about 8 miles northwest of dyersville, about 38 miles west of dubuque.
