I ran across this forum a while ago while looking for ideas to use reorganizing my garage. The project was put on hold due to health reasons. I have a 24X22 attached garage that was fininished off with drywall, painted and insulated, both walls and ceilings, and an insulated garage door. It was framed out for a combo heat pump/air conditioner.
I am planning on a 3 color paint scheme - dark grey trim, medium gray about half way up and a lighter gray up to and including the ceiling. about a 10 inch border where the medium and light gray meet with a hotrod design border, trimmed top and bottom with a 1 inch red trim board. I had some 8 foot storage cabinets installed when house was built 12 years ago.
I have the paint purchased already, but am looking at more storage, a work bench and some ideas for the floor. Painting will be completed this month. I'll post some pics when the painting is done.
