Hello from Québec!!

Just a few lines to introduce me. I'm from Québec City, Québec, Canada.
I've been lurking here for a while now and have taken many great ideas for my garage. Building a garage was already in the plans but as my father passed away last december and I inherited all his tools this got the project in high gear. It's an attached 25 x 33 with scissor trusses (for the lift). Right now I'm waiting for the garage door to be installed then it's time to start wiring, insulating and finishing the interior. Then I'll start transfering tools, machinery and my 1988 Mazda 323 GTX from my dad's garage to mine.

I didn't take many pics of the build so far, I'll try to at least take some of the interior work and start a thread in the garage gallery.

Welcome and I'll be looking for that thread to start in the garage gallery. And remember you are a member of garage journal now- you don't just "try" to take pictures -You Do it" Cause WE LOVE PICTURES.

Welcome, another Canadian, great to see. I drove through Quebec not thaat long ago. Well about a year now I guess - I really love Quebec, I am not fluent in French, but totally love that we can cross the provincial border and be in a completely different culture. Really wish I could speak French, my wife and I are thinking of moving to Quebec once I have completed the apprenticeship. Anyway, indeed I will also be watching out for your garage pics! Not only will the other members enjoy your pictures, but you will thank yourself as well when you can look back and view the before and after.
