I've been a member for a little while, but just got around to introducing myself. My garage is 20Lx22Wx10H (feet), and it was a later add-on to the house when it was built. For the most part it is very plain, but it does have front and rear side doors, a window with an air conditioner in it, a ceiling fan and the top half of a chimney from when there use to be a wood stove inside.
Like most people I have grand plans for my garage. I want to
-install a fuse panel and have the power supply separate from the house
-redo all the wiring and the placements of switches and outlets
-insulate
-install a sink
-install a gas heater
-install a drain or some sort of water trap for the melting snow from the cars
-install a clothes and shoe rack for my "work" clothes
-install a better garage door
-install an entertainment center and make it accessible to the internet for my computer
and those are just a few things right off the top of my head. It will be nice to see what others have done and whether it worked out for them or not. Later!
